{"id":112,"date":"2011-03-23T21:18:55","date_gmt":"2011-03-24T04:18:55","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/humanium.org\/en\/"},"modified":"2017-10-04T12:55:30","modified_gmt":"2017-10-04T12:55:30","slug":"committee-general-observations","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/www.humanium.org\/en\/convention\/committee-general-observations\/","title":{"rendered":"Committe on the Rights of the Child : General observations"},"content":{"rendered":"<h1>The Committee on the Rights of the Child<\/h1>\n<h2>Role and competence \u2013 General Observations and Days of General Debate<\/h2>\n<p><strong>Beyond the examination of the reports and communications of States, the Committee on the rights of the child publishes General Observations and organizes Days of General Debate.<br \/>\n<\/strong><\/p>\n<h3>General Observations<\/h3>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft size-full wp-image-5542\" title=\"The General Observations allow explaining of the focus and the objectives of certain rights established by the Convention - \u00a9 UNESCO\/P.Calinescu\" src=\"https:\/\/www.humanium.org\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/portail-fr\/UNESCO-P-Calinescu-11.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"189\" height=\"126\" \/>The Committee on the rights of the child formulates interpretations on certain dispositions of the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.humanium.org\/en\/convention\/text\/\">Convention on the Rights of the Child<\/a>, to explain the focus of certain rights and thus to guide the States in their implementation.<\/p>\n<p>These interpretations are published under the form of General Observations.
