Members of the Humanium Association in Switzerland are invited to attend the Annual General Meeting with a view to taking appropriate decisions on the following items:
- Overview of activities carried out in 2009
- Report of the Internal Audit
- Approval of 2009 accounts and discharge of the Management Committee
- Adoption of the Ethics Charter
- Election of the Ethics Committee
- Election of the Internal Audit Representatives
- Decision on the implementation of the External Audit
- Setting of the annual membership fee
- Questions and answers

The General Meeting will take place at the Association’s head office unless there is a very large number of attendees.
Please register your attendance using the
registration form.
You will be notified at least 3 days in advance if the Annual General Meeting is not to take place at the head office (see address below). In all cases, the Annual General Meeting will be held in the Canton of Geneva.
