The school in the Indian village of Azakusamudram has been provided with educational material, games, carpets, dishes, a water purifier, etc., and the children have been given school supplies.
Through our education programme, Humanium is improving the quality of education and helping schools accommodate more students. To ensure all children in the village receive regular education, Humanium organises campaigns to promote everyone’s right to education, campaigns to raise awareness about child labour and programmes to identify and monitor whether children are attending school.
The objective is to provide support suited to each situation and to meet the needs of each child so they can all benefit from a quality education and thus build a future for themselves.
